If you aren’t happy with your TroughPump, contact us within 30 days of delivery and our team will guide you through the return process.

To initiate a return, please contact Customer Care at cu**********@*******2o.com to request a return authorization. A flat $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for all approved returns.
